Our candles are made with natural soy wax, quality fragrance oils, and cotton candle wicks.

We chose soy wax for its many benefits, including being 100% plant-based, non-toxic, and clean-burning. Our soy wax is also biodegradable and vegan-friendly.

Please note that due to the natural properties of soy wax, frosting (a white crystalline layer on the candle's surface) may occur due to changes in room temperature. This is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality or safety of our candles.

All of our fragrance oils are sourced from Australia and adhere to RIFM & IFRA standards, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and safety.

At J&K Lab, we use Sendle and AusPost for most of the orders. We may deliver some local orders to ensure you can receive the products as soon as possible. If you live near Bundoora, Mill Park, or Epping areas, please feel free to message us for a free delivery.

As some of our products are made to order, especially the ones with crystals, orders will be despatched within 1-2 business days, and a tracking number will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Standard flat-rate shipping is $8.5 and international shipping is not currently available.

We offer free shipping for orders over $70. Free shipping will be applied automatically as long as you meet the minimum order amount of $70.

Please follow these safety instructions when using our candles:

• When using your candle for the first time, burn it for at least 2 hours to allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass. Do not burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
• Trim the wick to approximately 5mm above the wax before each use.
• Do not leave any burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface only.
• Do not move the candle when it is lit or the wax is still hot.
• Do not burn candles outdoors or in a draft.
• Store candles in a cool, dry place.
• Stop using the candle when there is only 10mm of wax remaining in the jar.

If you are using our crystal-infused candles, please follow these instructions for safe and optimal use:

• As your candle begins to melt and the wax pools around the wick, gently move or remove any crystals that are near the wick. This will prevent the crystals from burning or causing the wax to melt unevenly.
• If you wish to keep the crystals after using the candle, gently wash them in soapy water to remove any wax residue. This will allow you to reuse the crystals for other purposes or simply to enjoy their beauty and energy.
• Please note that the crystals used in our candles are natural and may vary in size, shape, and color. This adds to the uniqueness and charm of our crystal-infused candles and does not affect their safety or quality.
