At J & K Lab, we deliver local orders and use AusPost, Sendle or Aramax for other orders.
Most orders received before 2pm will be packed on the same day, unless we need to make the orders. We will inform you immediately if there's a delay in your order. All orders will be dispatched within the same day or the next business days, and a tracking number will be provided after your order has been dispatched if it's delivered by the courie. Please ensure you have entered your email address & phone number for tracking purpose.
We offer free standard Australia-wide shipping for orders over $100. No promo code is required.
