At J&K Lab, we use Sendle and AusPost for most of the orders. If you're near Bundoora, you might qualify for free delivery. Just input your postcode during checkout, and the free delivery option will be available.

As some of our products are made-to-order, especially the ones with crystals and decorative candles, orders will be despatched within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number after your order is dispatched if it's delivered through Sendle or AusPost.

Standard flat-rate shipping is $8.5 and international shipping is not currently available.

We offer free shipping for orders over $70. Free shipping will be applied automatically as long as you meet the minimum order amount of $70.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you have ordered. In the event of any delays or disruptions, we will do our best to inform you and provide updates on the status of your order.

The following suburbs are eligible for free delivery with orders over $35:

Orders will be delivered to you when they are ready, even outside of standard business hours and on weekends.
