Minimum Order Requirements:

• Melbourne Metropolitan Orders: Minimum of 12 units
• Other Areas: Minimum of 24 units

Customisation Options:

We offer a wide range of customization options, including scents, colours, sizes, labels, and more. Our candles are crafted using high-quality ingredients and fragrances, ensuring that each product is of the finest quality and provides a pleasant, long-lasting scent.

Budget:

We can provide different options based on your budget. Please note that if you are outside the Melbourne metropolitan area, free shipping is not included.

Turnaround Time:

The production time for bulk orders depends on the size and complexity of your request. Generally, we require a minimum of 2-3 weeks for production. However, turnaround times may vary based on your specific order details, and we’re happy to provide an estimated timeline when you submit your enquiry.

Payment Information:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required before production begins. The remaining 50% of the payment, along with shipping costs (if applicable), will be charged before shipment.
